Sales Consultant

Experienced Service Advisor

DeLand Toyota, a division of Parks Motor Group, is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our family.  The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of documented experience as a Service Advisor and has excellent communication, great follow up skills and is dedicated to providing our customers with great service.  

The goal of this position is to assist our customers with all of their service needs.  That means building loyalty and trust, and creating a "world class" experience for every customer 

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

*  Scheduling appointments

*  Generating estimates

*  Conducting follow-up with customers

*  Resolving customer complaints

You'll need the ability to work with little supervision and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced dealership.  In return, you will receive an excellent compensation plan, benefits package and an unbeatable work environment   
 Requirements *  Minimum of 2 years experience as a Service Advisor

*  Knowledge of ADP will be helpful

*  Good driving record

* Professional attitude

*  Be able to achieve sales goals
